Can I keep my phone numbers and my phones?
Yes. Connect the SIP trunk from your current carrier and your numbers stay where they are — we resell no minutes. Any SIP desk phone works (Yealink, Grandstream, Fanvil, Snom, Cisco and most others); staff without one use the browser or the app.
Do I have to buy an industry pack?
No. The phone system is complete on its own. Add the hotel, restaurant or office pack when you want its features — nothing has to be imported later, because it is the same system.
How is it different from an ordinary IP-PBX?
It does everything an IP-PBX does, without per-user licences. On top, it knows your business: which room is occupied, which order is waiting, who is on shift — and the phones act on it, like refusing an outside line to an empty room.
Cloud or on-premise?
