The front desk, the room phones and the books — one system

Filantis for hotels runs arrivals, rooms, bookings, folios, housekeeping and wake-up calls on the same platform as your accounts, staff and phone system. The guest who calls, books, stays, eats and pays is one record from the first ring to the tax invoice.

The hotel module is included in Premium Plan.

1

A Front Desk that shows the whole day at a glance

Arrivals, departures and who is in house on one tab; every room as a tile you can act on; bookings, guests and the cashier tills one click away. Staff you allow get the desk — nobody else does.

  • Room tiles for vacant, occupied, arriving, cleaning and blocked
  • Room menu on every tile: check in, move, clean, assign a task
  • Tills tab with handover between shifts
2

Bookings, tariffs and a book-direct page

Take bookings at the desk or on your own public booking page, with availability that counts holds properly so a room is never sold twice. Rate plans and seasons live on one tariff page, beside the room types.

  • Rate plans and seasonal prices per room type
  • Deposits by card or payment link, confirmed at the desk
  • Cancellations and no-shows recorded, not deleted
3

Check-in that gets the identity right the first time

The ID document type and number are required before a room is handed over — at a walk-in or when a booking arrives. Take the advance in the same step, and the guest is filed as a contact for next time.

  • ID and address captured on every stay
  • Optional ID scan, auto-cropped and compressed in the browser
  • Guest register ready when it is asked for
4

A folio that becomes a proper tax invoice

Room nights, extras and restaurant bills gather on the guest's folio as the stay goes on. At checkout it becomes a numbered tax invoice, the payment becomes a receipt, and all of it is already in your books.

  • Split folios — the company pays the room, the guest pays the extras
  • Charge to room from the restaurant, in one tap
  • Settle by card machine, payment link or cash
5

Housekeeping that updates the room board by itself

Choose a department for your room attendants and assign them cleaning, inspection, guest requests or food service per room. Starting a clean marks the room cleaning; finishing it marks it ready — and attendants can report from the room phone with their PIN.

  • Tasks per room, with the attendant shown on the tile
  • Status from the room phone — no walking back to the desk
  • Inspection before a room is sold again, if you want it
6

Room phones and wake-up calls, because the phone system is right there

Lay out your floors and every room number becomes a working extension. Guests dial reception, the restaurant or housekeeping; the desk sets a wake-up call and the system rings the room at that time — with a board showing what is due, by room number only.

  • Floor plan numbers rooms and their phones together
  • Wake-up calls scheduled, placed and recorded
  • A wall board for due calls — never guest names

Questions hoteliers ask

Does it work for a small guest house or B&B?

Yes. Call your section Hotel, Resort, Guest House or Homestay, number as few rooms as you have, and use only the parts you need. The same software runs a 6-room B&B and a 200-room hotel.

Do I need room phones to use it?

No. The front desk, bookings, folios and housekeeping work without them. Room phones add dial-reception, wake-up calls and status updates from the room — any SIP handset will do.

Can the restaurant bill a guest's room?

Yes, with the restaurant module switched on. The bill is charged to the guest's folio and appears on the room invoice at checkout — alone or beside a standalone restaurant.

Will it handle sales tax and occupancy tax?

Yes. Pick your country of business and invoices carry its tax — in the US, the state and local sales or lodging tax rates you set, each on its own line, with tax reports. Every other country gets its own tax pack.

Does it connect to online travel agencies?

Not today. Filantis gives you a book-direct page of your own; bookings from other channels are entered at the desk.
