Orders, kitchen and bills on one live screen

Filantis for restaurants runs dine-in, takeaway, delivery and room service from one orders page, sends every ticket to the right kitchen station, and turns the bill into a tax invoice and a receipt in your books — with the ingredients already taken out of stock.

The restaurant module is included in Premium Plan.

1

A table board that tells the floor what to do next

Every table shows its state — seated, in the kitchen, served, waiting for the bill — and refreshes on its own. Takeaway, delivery and room-service orders queue beside the tables, and a new order starts in the same page without losing your place.

  • Outlets and areas — the terrace, the bar, the banquet hall
  • Move, merge and split tables in a tap
  • Served by — every order carries its waiter or rider
2

A menu built for how people actually order

Dishes with modifiers — spice level, extra cheese, half portion — prices per outlet, and a sold-out switch the whole floor sees at once. The same dish can sell in the café and the bar at different prices.

  • Modifier groups you define once and reuse
  • Availability switched off in one tap
  • Sections and stations so each dish goes to the right kitchen
3

Kitchen tickets, printed and on screen

Send the order and each station gets its ticket — on its printer and on the kitchen display, with a timer running. Mark it ready and the table on the floor lights up. Anything voided after cooking is recorded as such, not quietly removed.

  • Per-station tickets for grill, kitchen, bar
  • Live kitchen display with bump-to-ready
  • Voids and comps kept on the record, never erased
4

Bills that split, settle and post themselves

Split a table's bill by guest, add a discount or service charge, then take a payment link, a card machine, cash or a mix. The invoice number is taken at payment, the receipt is raised, and the takings land in the cashier's till and your ledger.

  • Charge to a hotel room when the module runs beside rooms
  • Tax invoice in your country's regime
  • Day close with the till counted
5

Food cost you can trust, because stock moves with every ticket

Give a dish its recipe and each kitchen ticket takes those ingredients out of stock at cost. Supplier bills put them back in. Count the store when you like and the difference is recorded as wastage — so the margin in your reports is the one you earned.

  • Recipes by weight, volume or piece
  • Purchases that post to stock, not expense
  • Consumption and sales reports by outlet and period

Questions restaurant owners ask

Can I run the restaurant without the hotel?

Yes. Choose "Restaurant" as your business and you get the restaurant module on its own. Choose "Hotel & restaurant" and both run side by side, with bills chargeable to rooms.

Does it print kitchen tickets and bills?

Yes — kitchen tickets per station and bills for the table, from the browser. The kitchen display shows the same tickets live for kitchens that prefer a screen.

Which payments can we take?

Online payment links, card machines from the supported makes, payment links, cash, or a mix — and a hotel room charge when the hotel module is on.

Do we have to track stock to use it?

No. Stock tracking is off for a new item until you switch it on, so you can start with orders and bills and add recipes and store counts when you are ready.

More than one outlet?

Yes. Each outlet has its own tables, stations and prices, while the menu, stock and accounts stay in one place.
