How many calls at once do you actually need?
This is the only number that decides your plan, and almost nobody knows their own. As a rule, a fifth to a third of an office is on the phone at the busiest moment of the busiest day — less in a workshop, more in a sales room.

How billing works
The parts of a subscription that usually turn out to have a catch. There is no catch here, so they are stated plainly rather than buried in a document you agree to.
Monthly or yearly
Pay each month, or once a year and keep up to 16%. Yearly is a discount, not a lock-in device — the cancellation terms are the same either way.
Change plan whenever
Up or down, effective immediately. You are never stuck for a month with the size you guessed at on the day you signed up.
7 days to change your mind
A full refund on a first payment for a cloud plan, no questions asked about why. The details, including the exceptions, are in the refund policy.
Dollars or rupees
Indian customers are billed in rupees at a rupee price we set — not a dollar price run through today's exchange rate. Prices switch at the top of this page.
What counts towards my extension limit?
Extensions. An extension can be assigned to any person, room or location, and a single extension can be set up on a desk phone, the Windows app and the Android app — any one of them, or all at the same time — so a call to it rings on every configured device.
What happens if we hit the simultaneous-call limit?
The next call waits rather than the system falling over, and nobody is billed for an overage — there is no such thing here. If it happens often, move up a plan; the call reports will tell you honestly whether it is happening at all.
What happens if I upgrade halfway through a month?
The new plan applies straight away. You are billed for the plan you are on, and changing it does not reset anything about your system — the same extensions, the same numbers, the same recordings.
How do I cancel, and what does it cost?
You cancel, and nothing else happens: no notice period, no cancellation fee, no phone call to sit through. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and then stops.
Do I lose my phone numbers if I leave?
No. Your numbers are yours and they sit with your carrier, not with us — we are not a reseller of minutes and take no cut of your call spend. Pointing them at another system is a change you make at the carrier.
Is there a discount for a nonprofit, a school or a startup?
Ask. The honest answer is that the free plan is already a complete phone system for a small organisation, so the question is usually whether you need more calls at once — and if you do and the price is the obstacle, write to us and say so.
Can we have our own server instead of the shared platform?

What if I would rather buy it outright than subscribe?
Then buy it outright. The appliance and the office-server edition are one-off purchases with no monthly licence, running the same software with the same interface. That is the point of there being four ways to run it.
