The apps sign in to your Filantis workspace — the same one you run from the browser. Already have an account? Download and sign in. New here? Create a workspace first, free, then come back for the apps.
FilantisWindows
- Front desk, restaurant till, accounts and stock in one window
- Keeps working offline and sends your changes when the connection returns
- Phone built in — answer and place calls from your extension
- Updates itself, signed and checked before it installs
Then
- Run filantis-setup.exe. If Windows SmartScreen asks, choose More info → Run anyway.
- Enter your workspace address (for example acme.filantis.com) and your email and password.
Android
- Your extension on your phone — calls ring there, over encrypted connections
- Colleagues, presence, voicemail and video come with it
- No password to type — you sign in by scanning a code
Then
- Open the downloaded file and allow installation from your browser.
- Ask your administrator for a sign-in code — they create it on the Mobile app page of the admin — and scan it in the app.
No account yet?
The apps need a Filantis workspace to sign in to. Start on the free plan — it is a plan, not a trial — and move up when you need more calls, staff or your hotel or restaurant module. If you run the business, you get the administrator account and can hand out sign-ins to your team.
